Summit Kings is an offline card game. We do not require an account, and we do not collect, store, or sell your personal information ourselves. The only data leaving your device is what our advertising and billing providers (Google) collect to serve ads and process purchases, as described below.
Game progress (runs, coins, unlocks, settings, daily-challenge streak) is stored locally on your device only. Deleting the app deletes this data. We have no copy of it and cannot restore it.
We use Google AdMob to show ads (a full-screen ad after a failed climb and optional bonus ads you choose to watch). AdMob may collect and process:

You can reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of ads personalization in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
If you are in a region where consent is required, a consent dialog (Google User Messaging Platform) is shown before any personalized ad is requested. You can change your choice anytime in Settings → Ad privacy options inside the game.
Purchasing Summit Pass removes all advertising permanently — no ads are requested or shown to Summit Pass owners.
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. We do not receive or store your name, address, or payment details. Purchase state (whether Summit Pass is owned) is verified with Google Play and stored locally.
If you choose to join the global leaderboard, we store three things on our leaderboard server (hosted on Cloudflare): the climber name you pick, a random player identifier generated on your device, and your summit count. This is used solely to display the leaderboard. The climber name is public — do not use your real name. Nothing else (no email, no device identifiers, no location) is sent to or stored on our server, and the data is never sold or shared.
Joining is optional; the game is fully playable without it. To have your leaderboard entry deleted, email havefuneverydaygames@gmail.com with your climber name.
Summit Kings is not directed at children under 13, and the app's Play listing declares a target audience of 13+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We do not sell personal data. We share no data with anyone other than the Google services named above, which operate as described in their own policies.
We retain nothing server-side (other than leaderboard data described above), so there is nothing for us to delete. For data held by Google (advertising), see Google's controls at https://myadcenter.google.com and the Android advertising-ID controls above.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
